NOTE: Residential plans must commit to a minimum of 12 months subscription. ($33.99 plan price + $5.99 service fees per month and any applicable taxes). Free rental of GEKTV IPTV RECEIVER (Retail Value $269.99) is inclusive in the 12-month subscription plan. We will require a deposit of $150 for the wireless Wi-Fi set top box and $50 for the wired set-top box. Deposits will be retained until the service is discontinued and the set-top box returned. If the set-top box is not returned upon termination/cancellation of service, the deposit will be forfeited and be used to offset against the cost of the set top box. In addition to the deposit forfeiture, charges of $119.99 for the wireless set-top box and $219.99 for the wired set-top box will apply.
OTHER CHARGES: $20 extra freight charge for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Guam. Early Termination Fee: $180 plus return of GekTV IPTV Receiver.
