1.What is the warranty policy on the GekBox?
All subscribers to GekTV monthly plans will enjoy a lifetime warranty on their GekBox as long as they remain active subscribers to GekTV.
2.If my GekBox is broken or defective, how do I get a replacement unit?
First, call our Customer Service Center at 1-888-435-8866 to see if we can help you to troubleshoot and resolve the problem. If not, you can return the defective GekBox to us for repair or replacement. We recommend you use UPS or FedEx ground delivery services. We also recommend that you request a tracking number when you ship the GekBox. This will enable you to verify that we have received it.
Please note: GekTV is not responsible for any returned GekBox lost or damaged in transit. Ship to: GEKTV, Returns Department, 170 South Spruce Ave., Suite 200, South San Francisco, CA 94080. Upon receipt of your defective GekBox, we will either repair or replace it with another GekBox. We will replace a defective GekBox free of charge within one 12 month period. Any additional replacement boxes will be charged $150 per replacement GekBox.
3.How long will it take to repair the GekBox unit?
Once we receive it, it will take approximately 7 business / working days to either repair or replace the GekBox unit.
4.How can I replace my missing Quick SETUP Guide, Quick START Guide or find other information for my GekBox or GekTV service?
