1.What is the warranty policy on the GekTV receiver unit?
All subscribers to monthly plans will enjoy a lifetime warranty on their receivers. A La Carte Channel subscribers will have a 6 month warranty on their receivers only.
2.What will happen if my GekTV receiver unit is broken after 6 months as an Ala Carte Channel subscriber?
You can ship the unit back to us via courier (e.g. UPS, Fed Ex) at your cost for the repair, but you will be responsible for all repair costs, which will be based on the extent of the defect/damage.
3.How long will it take to repair the receiver unit?
Once we receive it, it will take approximately 7 working days to repair your unit.
4.If my GekTV receiver is broken or defective, how to get a replacement unit?
