You need all the devices listed below:
• GekTV receiver (Set top box)
• A Television set - it must have A/V (audio/Video) inputs
• A Broadband Internet connection (DSL or Cable). GekTV recommends 3.0 Mbps or above connection speed.
• A router (optional) only if you want to share the broadband between your computer and the GekTV Receiver.

2.How can I find out how fast my broadband speed is?

Please consult your Internet provider.

3.Will GekTV provide home installation?

No, but if there are questions about setup, subscribers can contact GekTV Technical Support.

4.How easy is it to set up the GekTV receiver unit?

Setup for GekTV receiver unit is simple and the instruction booklet has step-by-step illustrations. If there are any additional questions, subscribers can contact our Customer Service.

5.What is included inside the GekTV receiver unit box?

8.What audio outputs are available on the GekTV receiver unit?

1. RCA terminals – analogue stereo output (White (L) and red (R))
2. S/PDIF Digital Optical output for 5.1 surround sound delivered through your A/V receiver.

9.What if my receiver unit does not power-on?

Check the power cord to see if it is properly plugged in. Then make sure the power switch is turned on. If there is still no red light on the front of the receiver, then please contact GekTV Technical Support.

10.Can I still watch GekTV if I move to another location?

As long as your new location is within the United States, you will be able to continue to enjoy GekTV. You must notify us so we can update your account to receive the service at your new address.
